SnapHOA is the online resident portal run by Action Life Property Management, the company that manages our HOA. It's where you pay assessments, view violations, and submit ACC requests. Homeowners and investors must register their HOA account here and keep their email and phone number current. Investors: add each tenant with a valid email address — without one, they can't register for the pool.

Register here using the same email address you have in SnapHOA, then link your HOA account with your property address. Homeowners and tenants can add their household members and guests. Investors: see which tenants are eligible, track who has registered, and remove pool access when needed. Keep your tenant list current in SnapHOA as residents move in and out.

Add your household members and upload a photo of each for identification. Then designate which adult residents are authorized for pool access.

Authorized residents can now check in at the pool and bring guests — just see the pool monitor at the desk when you arrive.
