You may add individuals to your account such as family members, guests, tenants, or children. By adding individuals and uploading their photographs, you confirm that you have their consent or are authorized to do so.

4. Use of Photos and Personal Data

Uploaded photographs are used solely for the purpose of verifying identity at HOA amenities like the pool. Your data is stored securely and will not be shared or sold to any third party.

5. Acceptable Use

  • You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of HOA access management.
  • You will not use the system to upload misleading, inaccurate, or offensive content.
  • You will not attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the Service in any way.

6. Suspension or Termination

Travis Ranch HOA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated, or if an account is found to be used improperly.
