Swimming Pool Rules and Regulations

The Travis Ranch Homeowners Association (HOA) is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable swimming experience for all residents. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all, the following rules and regulations have been established. Please read them carefully.

• The Association assumes no responsibility for any personal injury to any guest.
• The Association assumes no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage to personal property or effects left in the pool area.
• An adult (18+) MUST accompany children 16 and under.
• No backpacks allowed; all bags are subject to inspection.
• Occasional pool “breaks” will occur for cleaning and maintenance.
• Homeowners may bring up to 4 guests. Guests must always be accompanied by the homeowner.
• Proper swimwear is required — no cut-offs or cotton clothing.
• Swim diapers are required for babies/toddlers.
• Rafts, mats, noodles, or floatation chairs are not allowed. Arm floaties/wings are permitted.
• Safety equipment may not be used as toys.
• Pool furniture is not allowed inside the pool.
• Persons with open wounds or communicable diseases should not enter the pool.
• Do not open the gate for others; keep all gates closed. Climbing fences/gates is prohibited.
• With exception to ADA, no animals allowed in the pool area.
• No glass containers, alcohol, smoking (including vaping), or drugs allowed.
• Loud music and profanity are prohibited.
• No bikes, scooters, hoverboards, or skates allowed.
• No running, jumping, diving, cannonballs, or rough play.
• Use oils/lotions sparingly and shower off before entering the pool.
• Dispose of trash/recycling properly. Keep the pool area clean.
• Vandalism will NOT be tolerated. This includes damaging pool furniture, equipment, bathrooms, water features, or throwing items into the pool.
• Report vandalism to the local police department.
