General Guidelines

  • Homeowners may bring up to 4 guests. Guests must always be accompanied by the homeowner.
  • Swim diapers are required for all babies and toddlers.
  • Arm floaties/wings are permitted for safety.
  • Use oils/lotions sparingly and please shower off before entering the pool.

Prohibited Items & Actions

• No glass containers or alcohol
• No smoking (including vaping)
• No bikes, scooters, or skates
• No loud music or profanity
• No running, diving, or rough play
• No rafts, mats, or noodles
• No animals (except ADA service animals)
• No climbing fences or gates
Policy on Violations
Violations of pool rules will be reported, documented, and pool privileges could be suspended. Vandalism will NOT be tolerated. Report any vandalism to the local police department immediately.
Important Notices
  • An adult (18+) MUST accompany children 16 and under.
  • No backpacks allowed; all bags are subject to inspection.
  • Occasional pool “breaks” will occur for cleaning and maintenance.

The Association assumes no responsibility for any personal injury to any guest, or for the loss, theft, or damage to personal property left in the pool area.
